When does my trial start?
When we approve your account. We check every sign-up first, usually within one working day, and email you the sign-in link.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure Stripe page, from Billing inside the system. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and renewals are automatic until you cancel.
Can I add users, companies or storage later?
Yes. Change them any time from Billing and the difference is added to your next invoice.
What does storage cover?
Scanned documents, photos and attachments. Each file can be up to 3 MB and your plan includes a set amount of storage.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and English, and receipts can be printed in both.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. Screens, point of sale and printed documents work in Arabic and English, and each user can switch with one tap.
Can you move my data from my current system?
Yes. Our team helps you bring in your items, customers, suppliers and opening balances, usually from Excel, and sets up your companies, branches and users with you.
