Who we are

Mexo ERP and Mexo Typing Suite ("Mexo") are cloud software services provided by Monetix Solutions, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who signs up for or uses Mexo.

Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up. New accounts are reviewed and may be approved or declined at our discretion. You are responsible for the users you create, for keeping passwords safe and for everything done under your account.

Trial, subscription and payment

Plans may start with a free trial that begins when your account is approved. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are taken by card through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice before your next renewal. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods unless the law requires it.

Limits and fair use

Each plan includes set numbers of users, companies and storage. You can buy more from inside the system. You must not use Mexo to break the law, to store unlawful content, to try to access other customers' data or to interfere with the service.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation we may delete it after a reasonable period.

Availability

We work to keep Mexo available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and make changes to improve the service.

Suspension and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Billing; the service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that is unpaid or that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or data. You remain responsible for checking your tax returns and filings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
